Aiki-Robics classes formally began in 2003 at Westcroft Leisure Centre. Additional sessions now run at The Phoenix Centre and at Sleeping Storm Dojo. Aiki-Robics is a brand new exercise class incorporating AIKIDO with gentle, rhythmic, Aerobic moves.

AIKIDO is essentially non-violent, encouraging harmony of the mind, body and spirit. When practiced regularly it will assist in developing a fitter, suppler and stronger body with improved flexibility, reflexes and reactions.
