Aiki-Robics classes formally began in 2003 at Westcroft Leisure Centre. Additional sessions ran at The Phoenix Centre and at Sleeping Storm Dojo, these have now closed and we have moved to Earlsfield. We currently serve the Carshalton, Cheam, Croydon, Epsom, Ewell, Mitcham, Merton, Morden, Sutton, Wallington and associated local areas of South West London. I WISH, I FEEL, I AM! poet warrior

Aiki-Robics is a brand new exercise class incorporating AIKIDO with gentle, rhythmic, Aerobic moves.

AIKIDO is essentially non-violent, encouraging harmony of the mind, body and spirit. When practiced regularly it will assist in developing a fitter, suppler and stronger body with improved flexibility, reflexes and reactions.
